Act 6:1-7; Timothy 3:8-13

The word “Leadership” brings to mind several experiences and approaches. Some of them are better memories than others. I will give you two primary models that exists in our culture today. One is the pyramid model where the senior leaders are at the top and everyone is serving them. The other is an inverted pyramid in which the senior leaders are at the bottom attempting to serve and raise up the maximum amount of people into functional success. Jesus said, “if you want to be great [in My kingdom] be the servant of all”.
