Chris and I are launching a marriage ministry non-profit. As some of you may haven seen, we will start by using one of the office spaces in our new church building to mediate couples. We feel called by God to serve families and restore marriages. We have been married for 12 years this August by the grace of God. We've gotten to spend the last 5 years with Church Alive NWA and are looking forward to many, many more. We have had wonderful Godly couples come alongside us to guide and strengthen our marriage through the years. Thanks to the training at XO Institute, we are equipped and ready to bring hope and restoration to NWA. 

We have a wonderful opportunity to raise seed money for our organization. We have been offered up to $2000 matching donation. If you donate, for example, your $1 will be $2 or your $100 will be $200. Built on the Rock Marriage Ministry is a Northwest Arkansas-based non-profit serving married couples in crisis or couples seeking to strengthen their marriages.  Every day, we see couples who need hope, restoration, and most important - God. Our heart is to see couples stay together for their families and the generations that follow. We want to help marriages thrive with peace and joy.  The divorce rate for first marriages in America is 40–50%. Families are broken daily by the impact of divorce. Children are deeply and often permanently affected. We believe it doesn't have to be this way. 

Our core offering is an 8-hour intensive that uses biblically based mediation techniques to teach couples how to rebuild and restore their marriage. This intensive draws on the proven curriculum of XO Institute, backed by decades of research and a 95% success rate.  This intensive teaches—it does not treat. Mediation is built on belief change first, which leads to behavior and emotional transformation. We are facilitators, not counselors. We are vessels through which the Holy Spirit can work. We sit with couples in their feelings and help them uncover root issues—not just fix symptoms.
